Anthony Diver has been
the President of Tamora Building Systems since 2001, building a
quality product, one project at a time. Mr. Diver is in his 18th
year of Construction Management and Real Estate Development. Anthony
has successfully built Tamora Building Systems and affiliate companies
with great attention to detail and customer service. His diverse
management capabilities is only strengthened by the team he has
surrounded himself with.
Harry Arena is a Principal,
Partner, Project Director and Project Manager at Tamora Building
Systems and oversees the Construction Management Services operations.
Mr. Arena has 27 years of experience in Commercial Construction
providing Construction Management, General Contracting and Owner
Representation services that include expertise in Construction Management,
Conceptual Estimating and Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling.
Project experience includes a concentration on Office Fit-Outs,
Medical Laboratories, Historic Rehabilitation, and Educational Buildings.
Mr. Arena is known as intense hands-on professional construction
manager who is intent on fulfilling the needs of his clients.
Gary O’Neill brings
20 years of Carpentry, Field Operations and Project Management to
Tamora. Gary’s knowledge of Construction Methods and Materials
coupled with his Leadership and Project Management skills allows
Tamora to have a Project Manager and Superintendent in one valued
position. Gary oversees Design-Build,New Construction, Renovations
and Improvement projects using Pre-Engineered and Conventional materials
and practices.
Frank Lorito is a Project
Manager and Pre-Engineered Building Specialist. Mr. Lorito has 25
years of Pre-Engineered and Conventional Design Build experience.
Mr. Lorito oversees Estimating, Product Ordering and Coordinates
Delivery and Erection and Construction Phases. Frank’s ability
to Sell and Manage his projects enable him to build and maintain
strong relationships with his clients. His experience includes distribution,
vehicle maintenance, food manufacturing, fire and rescue, and temperature-controlled
food storage facilities up to 500,000sf. Mr. Lorito also specializes
in aircraft hangars, schools, public buildings, and federal projects.
Dan Boyer is also a Project
Manager and Pre-Engineered Building Specialist. Mr. Boyer holds
a Degree of Applied Science in Architectural Drafting from Thaddeus
Stevens State College of Technology. He also holds Bachelor’s
Degree of Applied Science in Business Administration from Lebanon
Valley College. Dan brings 10 years of Structural Steel Detailing
and Design with Butler Manufacturing. He was the Lead/Senior Technician
on many large single and multi-unit Industrial and Commercial projects.
Mr. Boyer has extensive knowledge and experience in Scheduling and
Estimating and Project Management.
Diane Piersol is an Assistant
Project Manager for Tamora’s Construction Management Services.
Diane has 14 years experience in Commercial and Residential Estimating
and Project Management. Her experience in Schools, Assisted Living,
Warehouse, Retail, and Historic Restoration Projects range in value
from $500,000 to $28,000,000.
Michelle Thompson is Tamora’s
Controller and Project Coordinator. Michelle has 5 years of Construction
related experience and is involved in every project.
Tamora Building Systems also has
in-house Superintendents, Carpenters, Installers and Erectors.
