Scope:
This 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center is located in Morrisville, PA. This project was Phase II of a combined 150,000sf process, warehouse, and distribution facility of chemicals. The Phase II project included complete Design Build of a warehouse that was located adjacent to an existing chemical tank farm and required the existing grade to be raised by 6' to meet existing floor levels. Butler Manufacturing Company's standard Landmark product line was used for the steel roof and wall system.

This project broke ground the third week of April was completed with stocking product by the first week of October (5-1/2 months).
