Scope:
This 50,000 sq. ft. Ice Rink facility is located in Exton, PA. This project is Phase I of a twin rink facility. The Phase I project included the construction of all utilities and amenitites to service the future Phase II rink. Butler Manufacturing Company's standard product line was used for the steel and roof system. The wall system is the introduction of Butler's new Texture wall metal wall panel, with a raised grit stucco finish.

Tamora supplied and erected the pre-engineered building, designed-built the mezzanine structure and fabricated and installed steel stairs and railings.

This project broke ground the second week of April and was completed, with players on ice, the second week in September (5 months).
