Originally designed and built in 1989-91 the Glen Eagle Shopping Center was ready for a new look. One of the most important aspects of the design was to introduce more visibility and natural light to the tenants under the existing canopy.  This was achieved by removing the existing large balconies at the front façade.  After demolition of the existing balconies, EIFS, and punched windows; new large span windows were added including a Juliet balcony at the second floor.  A unique new feature is a custom ornamental metal structure that welcomes guests at the main entrances of Jos. A. Banks and Curries Hair Skin & Nails Salon.  Also included as part of this renovation was the replacement of the concrete sidewalk and a new specialized Glen Eagle (GE) brick paver in-lay.
